If you are on any kind of "government-assistance program...you automatically qualify for our free program. (Examples: Medicare, LaChip, Food Stamps,  etc.).

• This program is geared to primarily address the "low-income" population of the ladies in our 5 parish area (Calcasieu, Cameron, Beauregard, Allen, and Jeff Davis parishes).  However, any Louisiana resident can be serviced!

• You must be a female between ages 13-40.

• You MUST be a Louisiana resident.  If you have recently moved to the state, you must have a letter or bill sent to your Louisiana address to confirm your residency.

• If you are NOT on a government program, you may still qualify if you fall into a lower income bracket.  Please bring proof of income to your appt. (eg. last 2 check stubs).

• Non-Citizens:  Bring proof of Louisiana residency, ID' cards such as driver's license, food stamp, other govt. programs if you have them.  If you have a "green card", bring DCFS card documentation if you have it.

• We see:

  • 1).women who think they might be pregnant and want to get a FREE pregnancy test 

  • 2) women who are already pregnant and just need assistance and resources, AND

  • 3) women who have already had their baby and need additional support.
