Planning For Your Appointment / What to bring..

As you plan for your appointment at Care Pregnancy Clinic,

please remember:

You MUST be a Louisiana resident to qualify for our program!

• To insure confidentiality, bring a photo ID, student ID  to your appointment (Driver's License,etc).

• Bring your Social Security Card.  If you don't have your card, know your SS #.

• Bring Medicaid, Food Stamps card, Louisian Health Insurance card,etc.

• ​

• If you are NOT on a government program, you may still qualify if you are in a lower income bracket.  If so, please bring proof of your income, such as your last 2 payment stubs or other proof.

• All services are at no charge to you and confidential, even if you’re younger than 16.

• Try to arrive 15-30 minutes early...

Need To Cancel Or Reschedule?
If you have an appointment with Care Pregnancy Center of Lake Charles, Iowa & Surrounding Areas, and need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know so we can make that time available to someone else.

Payment
All of Care Pregnancy Center’s pregnancy services are no charge to you. Care Pregnancy Center of L.C., Iowa, & Surrounding Areas is a non-profit organization. We’ve intentionally structured our organization so we do not financially benefit on any pregnancy decision that you make. That means we can provide unbiased information without a financial conflict of interest. And we’ll do it in a caring, non-judgmental way.
